According to the lovely folks over at Dark Horizons, it sounds as though the newest entry in the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) will feature some of the most intense fight scenes to date. With the recent wrapping of Captain America; Civil War, the rumor mills are spinning and the stars are all out gallivanting around town trying their damnedest to not let spoilers slip. Fortunately for us though, people’s inquiring minds want to know and some folks from wegotthiscovered.com were on hand for a recent event were Civil War’s, Sebastian Stan, let folks in on a little of what to expect from the upcoming Marvel epic.

When initially asked if he was excited about the possibility of some point taking up the mantel of “Captain America” as he does in Marvel’s comic line, Stan shot back with a quick, but hearty, “No, I really wouldn’t, let me tell you. I think about that everyday.”

Of course Stan was only kidding and went on to clarify that, “Look, it’s so not up to me, to be honest. I really enjoy my job over there and I’m really happy going to work and doing what I do. I love the character that I have, but it’s up to a lot of different things and whatever Marvel decides, I’m game.”

Stan goes on to explain that the combat scenes from the film are taking it up another level, “[There’s] some brutal fighting, some serious, serious fighting like you haven’t really seen before in any of the other films. Which I’m really proud to say. And a whole lot of character and heart, because there’s a lot of people that are in the film, but you’re going to get a lot of character from everybody.”

We’re guessing that they’re not going Daredevil dark, but instead the combat will be emotionally driven as Earth’s Mightiest Hero’s decide what side of the battle they’re on.

Marvel’s Captain American; Civil War hits theater’s on May 6th, 2016.
