Word on the street has it that Marvel’s own main man, Kevin Feige, has finally made a statement about whether or not their TV and Movie characters will ever cross paths and according to Feige, the answer is a resounding YES!
That’s news to our ears as many have been speculating about whether or not we’d see Daredevil show up in Infinity Wars, or if we could eventually see Spiderman show up on Daredevil. According to the folks at Comics Alliance, at a recent Q&A while on tour promoting the Blu-Ray release of Age of Ultron, Marvel’s President Feige offered up this little statement:
“That’s inevitable at some point. Going forward, as they continue to do more shows and cast them with such great actors, particularly in the Daredevil show, that [crossover] may occur. By the time we start doing a movie, they’d be midway through a season, and by the time our movies comes out they’d be done with the second and starting the third season. The schedules don’t always match up to make that possible. It’s easier for them. They’re more nimble and produce things faster than we do. That’s one reason you see the repercussions of Winter Soldier or Age of Ultron in the shows.”
This really gives us some hope that we’ll see what we all want to see and that’s EVERY SINGLE CHARACTER FROM THE MCU show up for the final battle in Infinity War.
