Marvel’s Chief Creative Officer, Joe Quesada, is getting us primed not only for the New York Comic Con this week, but also for the second season of their Netflix hit, Daredevil.
Earlier today the official Twitter account for Daredevil released a poster with some concept art from Mr. Quesada showing off the hero in his new trademark outfit ready to jump into a fight.
Along with the art, on Quesada’s Tumblr page, he revealed his schedule for the upcoming comic con so fans can be in the know as to what’s going down. The schedule includes a rundown of panels, signings, and various other events where you can catch one of Marvel’s main men.
In regard to the art, Quesada explains that, ” The Daredevil Netflix Production Art poster will be given out for free at the Marvel booth. This should start happening tomorrow if the posters arrive as planned. However, we have a limited amount so it will only be available at certain times during the four days of the con. I have no ideas what those times are or how many we have, so you gotta be in it to win it.”
So if you should happen to be at the NYCC, please be sure to pick us up a poster since we won’t be able to make it this time around. Maybe next time though…
Anyway, what do you think of the poster? Are you digging on DD’s new suit or would you prefer the classic spandex jumper? Are you gritting your teeth in anticipation of DD’s upcoming second season? As always, let us know what you think in the comments section below!
Marvel’s Daredevil is currently scheduled to hit Netlix sometime in 2016, but so far no specific date has been set.
